On MJF AS Artistic Collaborator

Step back a minute, friends: he did tag the artists. This here is a riddle of the kayfabe.

The artist’s monikers are glaringly apparent and it was no accident. The tags are small but plain as day on two. He is taking the artists for a ride with him.

And yet MJF refuses to cooperate when you demand he follow the socially acceptable protocol of putting the artists’ Instagram handles in the comments (rather than letting the signature on the work speak for itself). You see, the heels of your generation have an imperative to defy your moralism. He basks in your sneering heel heat. And you fell for it hook, line, and sinker.

MJF could have just retweeted, but instead he blew these artists up big. Featured in his avatar! This is different from appropriating a doting artist’s work in a Twitter post, then deleting the post rather than credit said artist (and then even blocking this artist). No, MJF collaborated with these artists. Im just saying.

Okay, and I don’t see credit to the lego artist (and bless the lego artist’s heart, by the way), but MJF couldn’t tag that person. Such a sentimental gesture would have blown the gimmick! See, with any other wrestler I’d think not tagging the lego artist was kind of a dick move on the wrestler’s part. But this is buy the ticket, take the ride territory for the MJF artists. They stuck their heads above the parapet to draw his fire, and they knew exactly what they were doing.
